All Roads lead to Rome

Travelling to Rome today on a very fast train. But before we left we had to have a cafe latte and 1 black tea. Sitting out the front of the cafe total cost $13 for the two. But what the heck we had some time to kill before our train left.
The train reached speeds of 249 kmh and we arrived in Rome in about 3 1/2 hours.
Taxi to our unit and the taxi driver, who was very friendly, forgot to put the meter on and charged us 25 euros, been had.
Unpacked and went for a walk, found a nice restaurant where we had 4 main dishes a bottle of bubbly and 2 litres of beer and the cost was much cheaper than a lesser meal and drinks in Venice.
Tomorrow up and off on the "Hop on and Hop off bus" to see the sights.

  Our unit, yes Lyndsay legs

Yes it is a very fast train

The fast lane a bit much for some.

That is what we call a beer....... 1 litre.
