To beach or to shop that is the question

Another slow start as there was a marathon on the street below so no traffic or taxi until after 11am.

Around 11am headed off to the one and only open shopping centre on a Sunday in Barcelona.
Colene went her own way to the shopping centre, no surprise, while Aileen, Lyndsay and Michael headed off to the local beach.
Colene had her shopping fix while Aileen preferred watching men in La Naturale.
Aileen has come to the conclusion that no matter how bad men look in budgy smugglers they still look much better than men not in budgy smugglers. she now has a new found appreciation of Lyndsay's.
Lyndsay and Michael think that no matter how good women look in bikinis they still look better in bikinis. White pointers, bronze whalers and not a shark in sight.
Interesting Sight. A young boy got into difficulty just in front of the lifesaver. The boys father rushed to rescue him, but the strength of the waves kept pushing them down, another man had to rush to save both of them, All this happening 5 mtrs or so in front of the life guard who just kept talking to another man.
Not long after the supervising lifesaver was seen remonstrating with the lifeguard and had him replaced, and so he should.

After a few hours Aileen, Lyndsay and Michael met up with Colene, looks like the suitcase scales are going to get a battering for the first time on this trip.
